Job summary

Dubai Holding's real estate arm seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of BTS projects in line with scope, programme, budget, and quality. You will coordinate consultants, contractors, and internal stakeholders through the full project lifecycle, monitoring progress and enforcing cost controls.

The ideal candidate has strong experience in developer-side execution, approvals, testing and commissioning, handover, and DLP.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in developer-side project execution and construction management.
• Experience with programme and cost control, contract administration, and handover processes.
• Knowledge of UAE construction regulations, approvals, and HSE practices.

Responsibilities

• Managing the delivery of assigned BTS projects in line with scope, programme, budget and quality standards.
• Coordinating consultants, contractors, specialist service providers, and internal stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
• Monitoring progress, critical path activities, procurement schedules, design deliverables, and site productivity.
