Job summary

Dubai Holding in Dubai is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead large-scale BTS and mixed-use developments, ensuring execution aligns with budget, schedule, and quality standards. You will coordinate multiple stakeholders, manage risks, and drive delivery from initiation to handover.

The role requires a Civil/Construction background, PMP, 10–12 years of experience, and a strong grasp of UAE codes. The ideal candidate excels in Primavera P6, BI dashboards, cost control, and detailed

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil/Architectural Engineering or related field.
• PMP or equivalent certification preferred.
• 10–12 years in construction/project delivery.
• UAE developer-side experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of UAE building codes and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Execute assigned DHRE BTS projects per plan, budget and quality standards.
• Coordinate job requisitions for consultants, contractors and enabling works.
• Monitor day-to-day progress, critical path and site productivity.
• Review contractor/consultant execution and escalate delays.
• Coordinate technical queries, design interfaces and handover readiness.
• Track costs, cash flow, variations and forecasts against budget.
• Administer risks, changes and governance using DHRE processes.
