The ideal candidate blends strategic thinking with hands-on analysis, building dashboards and governance for performance tracking. A senior-mid level professional will own roadmap execution and cross-functional coordination.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Product Management, Marketing, Economics, Data Analytics, Operations Management, or related field.
• Experience in Product Operations, Product Strategy, Business Operations, Product Analytics, Strategy, or similar role.
• Strong understanding of product lifecycle management and product development processes.
• Strong analytical and strategic-thinking capabilities.
• Experience analyzing product performance, customer behavior, market data, and business KPIs.
• Proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, and business reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead product operations across the lifecycle from planning through launch and optimization.
• Support development and execution of product strategies aligned with business objectives and customer needs.
• Analyze product performance, adoption, engagement, retention, revenue, and customer behavior metrics.
• Develop product dashboards, reports, and performance tracking frameworks for management and product teams.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success for cross-functional execution.
• Translate business requirements and customer insights into actionable product recommendations.
• Manage priorities, objectives, and performance targets with product leadership.
• Identify opportunities for automation and process improvements in product operations.
