Job summary

ai71 seeks a strategic operations leader reporting to the Chief Product & Technology Officer. You will own strategic initiatives, run the operating rhythm of product and technology, and translate decisions into shipped work.

It is a role for someone with a strong technical foundation, operator instincts and rigorous analysis. You will work closely with product, engineering and business teams to ensure priorities land, prototypes are built when needed, and cross-functional alignment is maintained

Qualifications

• You bring 2 to 6 years of experience and a technical background: a CS or engineering degree, or real-time work as a software, data or ML engineer.
• Experience in strategy, product, or programme management with forward-deployed or operations exposure.
• Strong written and verbal English skills and ability to operate across senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Own strategic initiatives from problem definition to outcomes and delivery.
• Run the operating cadence for product and technology, including leadership forums and planning cycles.
• Collaborate with Heads of Product, Engineering, and Commercial to land priorities.
• Prepare leadership updates, board papers and cross-functional drive for action.
