Job summary

Elixi, an AI-driven HealthTech startup, is hiring a Senior Operations Manager to co-pilot the Head of Operations. You will shape go-to-market strategy, optimize internal processes, and help the company scale from day one.

You will run finance operations, manage partnerships, and collaborate with Product, Engineering, Compliance, and Recruiting to land cross-functional initiatives on time. This high-autonomy role rewards practical problem-solving and clear, data-driven communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from a top-tier university (STEM, Economics, or Business).
• 1–2 years of experience in a high-intensity analytical environment.
• 4+ years of hands-on operating experience at a tech startup or high-growth tech company.
• Proven track record of structuring ambiguous problems from first principles and delivering results with minimal guidance.
• Strong analytical toolkit with Excel/Sheets, SQL or Python for data analysis and dashboards.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute commercial strategy — go-to-market planning, pricing, competitive analysis, and revenue operations as the business matures.
• Improve and maintain performance infrastructure — goal-setting frameworks, planning cycles, and execution tracking.
• Structure and manage strategic partnerships with diagnostic platforms, data partners, payment providers and other.
• Run corporate finance operations — budgeting, forecasting, entity management, and vendor governance.
• Design and improve internal processes — workflows, tooling, and automation to scale with minimal bureaucracy.
• Coordinate cross-functional initiatives with Product, Engineering, Compliance, and Recruiting to ensure projects land on time.
• Contribute to product value proposition and commercial positioning in collaboration with Product.
• Step in as interim cover for functions not yet staffed — marketing, legal, and others.
