Job summary

Amana Talent L.L.C-FZ seeks an executive-level Product Leader to own the product vision and portfolio roadmap, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and customer needs. You will govern a cross-platform roadmap, resolve dependencies, and manage budgets with a data-driven, AI-aware approach.

You will lead, coach and develop the Product team, establish governance, and build a culture of decisiveness, accountability and measurable outcomes across Technology, Finance, Marketing and Operations.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to translate strategy into prioritized roadmaps at enterprise scale.
• Strong cross-functional leadership and executive stakeholder management.
• Experience with product discovery, delivery and lifecycle governance.

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve the product vision strategy and portfolio roadmap aligned with business goals and customer needs.
• Govern the integrated roadmap across products and platforms, balancing value, dependencies, capacity and risk.
• Lead, coach and develop the Product team with clear accountability and outcome ownership.
• Define AI-enabled product practices and governance, including build-versus-buy and vendor decisions.
• Build senior relationships across Technology, Finance, Marketing and Operations to align priorities.
• Communicate roadmap decisions and trade-offs clearly to executives and external partners.
