Qualifications

• Proven experience in Purchasing/Procurement leadership.
• Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred.
• Strong negotiation and supplier management skills.
• Experience with purchase orders, quotations, and terms negotiation.
• Knowledge of import/export procedures a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement purchasing strategies aligned with company objectives and budget targets.
• Oversee daily procurement activities including sourcing, supplier selection, PO management, and order tracking.
• Negotiate pricing, terms, delivery schedules, contracts and service agreements.
• Monitor market trends, supplier performance, material costs and industry developments.
• Coordinate with warehouse and logistics to maintain stock levels and prevent shortages.
• Lead, supervise and develop the purchasing team to meet objectives.
• Ensure compliance with policies, ethics, and regulations.
