Job summary

zypl.ai is seeking a VP of Operations to build and run the operational backbone enabling rapid scaling across countries and lines of business. You will translate strategy into execution, owning cross-functional operations, process, compliance and delivery, and connecting leadership with product, commercial, and the broader ecosystem.

Qualifications

• Proven operational leadership in a scale-up post-Series A.
• Track record building processes and operating systems in high-growth tech or fintech.
• Strong program and project management skills with strategic and hands-on ability.
• Experience with multi-jurisdiction operations; DIFC familiarity strongly preferred.
• Excellent cross-functional leadership and stakeholder management.
• Willing to be based in Dubai, UAE.
• Proactive, comfortable in fast-moving, high-intensity environments.

Responsibilities

• Own company-wide operations: process design, execution rhythms, OKRs, and cross-functional delivery.
• Build scalable operating systems and infrastructure to support growth.
• Lead corporate operations within DIFC, including governance and regulatory coordination.
• Drive strategic and special projects on behalf of the CEO across the ecosystem.
• Establish reporting, dashboards, and operational metrics for real-time visibility.
• Coordinate with Finance, People, Product, and Commercial to remove bottlenecks.
• Manage cross-jurisdiction operations spanning UAE and Central Asia.
• Build and lead an operations team as the company scales.
