Talentmate is seeking a Procurement Executive in Dubai to source, negotiate and manage purchases for assigned categories. You will ensure on-time delivery, build supplier relationships, and support cost-saving initiatives. The role requires 3–5 years in procurement, ERP/D365 knowledge, and good MS Office skills.

Responsibilities include RFQ processing, supplier onboarding, and contract generation. This position is on-site in Dubai and reports to the Category Manager.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelors degree in procurement or related field is required.
• ERP systems experience (D365) and MS Office proficiency preferred.
• Strong analytical, negotiation and cost-analysis skills.

Aufgaben

• Prepare RFQs, quotations, comparisons and run auctions per SOP.
• Ensure quantities/services are full and on time.
• Support Category Manager to achieve monthly savings.
• Negotiate payment terms to improve cash flow.
• Generate supplier registrations and changes in Oracle.
• Update approved supplier list and ratings yearly.
