Job summary

TALENT ONE EMPLOYMENT SERVICES is seeking an experienced Procurement Manager (UAE National Preferred) in Abu Dhabi to lead strategic sourcing, supplier management, and procurement operations. You will drive cost optimization, manage global suppliers including China, and negotiate contracts to support business growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering or related field.
• 8–12 years of procurement experience with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Strong experience in strategic sourcing, contract negotiation, and supplier management.
• Experience with international procurement, Chinese suppliers, and import/export activities.
• Proficiency in ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or Epicor.
• CIPS, CPSM or CPM certification is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Lead strategic sourcing, RFQs/RFPs, supplier selection, and contract negotiations.
• Build and manage relationships with local and international suppliers, particularly Chinese OEMs.
• Drive cost savings, supplier performance, and procurement process improvements.
• Manage import/export coordination, logistics, and procurement compliance.
• Partner with Engineering, Operations, Finance, and Projects to meet business requirements.
• Oversee procurement reporting, ERP systems, and procurement digitalization initiatives.
• Lead and develop the procurement team.
