Job summary

Leading Edge is seeking a Senior Procurement Executive to provide administrative and operational support across Supply Chain activities in Dubai. You will process purchase orders, manage SAP data entry, coordinate with suppliers, and support sourcing, bid processes, and KPI implementation.

The role emphasizes compliance with purchasing policies, contractor performance monitoring, and cross-functional collaboration with HQ procurement, finance, and warehouse teams.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in Supply Chain Management.
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
• Working knowledge of SAP ERP and SAP MM for GRN processing.

Responsibilities

• Maintain SCM documentation including purchase orders, contracts, delivery notes, and internal records.
• Assist in organizing meetings, vendor visits, and review sessions.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation for SCM evaluations and audits.
• Process purchase orders per internal policies and procedures.
• Obtain and follow up on vendor quotations, delivery schedules, and order confirmations.
• Support vendor onboarding, evaluations, and sourcing activities; identify suppliers through various channels.
• Maintain supplier databases and compliance records.
• Prepare bid invitations, RFPs/RFQs, and evaluate supplier proposals.
