Knowledge of tendering processes and contractual terms.
Strong negotiating skills and UAE market knowledge.
Experience with Oracle ERP; proficient with Word, Excel, Outlook.
Valid UAE driving license.

Responsibilities

Receive PRs from various departments and business entities.
Float enquiries and invite quotes.
Source categories; negotiate prices and payment terms.
Prepare purchase orders and contracts per procurement policy with complete docs.
Review and evaluate quotes; ensure traceability.
Capture and report savings on POs.
Assist in resolving invoice disputes and hitches; use P2P systems.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders about procurement role and responsibilities.
