Job summary

Confidential in Dubai is seeking a Procurement Executive to optimize supplier management, contracts, and procurement processes across multiple business functions. The role emphasizes supplier onboarding, governance, and data accuracy as part of the procure-to-pay lifecycle.

We are looking for a detail-oriented professional who can coordinate with internal stakeholders, drive process improvements, and ensure compliance with company policies and external regulations in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Procurement, or related field.
• 5-8 years of procurement, supplier management or contract administration experience.
• Experience in contract drafting and tender management.
• Hands-on experience with e-procurement platforms.
• Understanding of supplier lifecycle management and Procure-to-Pay processes.
• Strong analytical, organizational and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end supplier onboarding, due diligence, compliance verification, and supplier data administration.
• Oversee contract administration, including requests, approvals, execution tracking, amendments, renewals, obligations and reporting.
• Maintain supplier and contract records with governance and compliance.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to support supplier selection, contract implementation and performance management.
• Develop and enhance procedures, templates, controls and reporting for supplier and contract management.
• Coordinate governance reviews and support sourcing, tendering, evaluation and procurement activities.
