Al Ghurair is seeking a Procurement Executive to source and negotiate for goods and services, ensuring top quality and timely delivery while maintaining strong supplier relationships. You will support cost-saving initiatives, manage contracts, and ensure supplier data accuracy in Oracle.

The role requires 3–5 years in procurement, familiarity with ERP systems, D365, and MS Office, and a Bachelor’s degree or procurement certificates.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in procurement or related field.
• Procurement professional certificates.
• 3 to 5 years relevant experience in procurement or supply chain.

Responsabilidades

• Fulfill all RFQs by providing quotations and running comparisons.
• Ensure quantities/services are delivered complete and on time.
• Support Category Manager to achieve monthly savings targets.
• Generate and manage contracts for high spend and renewals 90 days in advance.
• Maintain supplier list with ratings and approve changes.
• Negotiate payment terms to improve liquidity.
• Coordinate supplier registration/changes in Oracle.
• Gate pass for materials delivered in JAFZA and coordinate approvals.
