Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in end-to-end procurement processes.
• Ability to analyze quotations and manage vendor bids.
• Familiarity with purchase orders and contract administration.
• Knowledge of local procurement regulations and HSE policies.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate procurement cycles and RFQ preparations for materials/services.
• Select suppliers, analyze quotations, and conduct negotiations.
• Enter POs, obtain approvals, and ensure timely order acceptance and invoicing.
• Manage supplier performance and periodic evaluations.
• Ensure contracts follow standard templates and coordinate with legal.
• Create outline agreements in SAP and link with purchase orders.
• Maintain supplier database and conduct market research for new vendors.
• Oversee expediting, logistics planning, and contingency measures.
• Adhere to SOPs, procedures, and HSE requirements.
