Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field and MBA preferred.
• Extensive experience in procurement or strategic sourcing management.
• Strong knowledge of supplier, contract, tender, and purchasing management.
• Excellent negotiation, commercial, and contract management skills.
• Strong analytical, cost-control, and decision-making abilities.
• Proven leadership, communication, and stakeholder management.
• Ability to manage budgets, multiple priorities, and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement procurement strategies, policies, and procedures.
• Oversee sourcing, purchasing, tendering, and supplier selection.
