Job summary

You will collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver cost-effective, compliant procurement solutions. The ideal candidate has a bachelor's in a related field, 8+ years of experience, and hands-on use of Oracle Fusion or similar ERP systems. Strong negotiation, governance, and contract management skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, procurement, or related field.
• Professional procurement certification (CIPS/CPSM) is desirable.
• Minimum 8 years of end-to-end procurement experience.

Responsibilities

• Identify procurement requirements and support procurement plans.
• Lead end-to-end sourcing for categories, services and requirements.
• Review scopes, budgets, and timelines to define sourcing needs.
• Develop sourcing strategies aligned with objectives and projects.
• Conduct market research, supplier analysis, benchmarking, and market assessments.
• Monitor procurement activities and highlight risks and delays.
• Ensure sourcing complies with policies, governance, and authorities.
• Maintain procurement documentation and evaluation reports.
• Manage contract renewals, amendments, and close-out activities.
