Job summary

Shapoorji Pallonji & Company Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a seasoned Procurement Specialist to manage the full procurement lifecycle in the UAEN market. The role partners with internal stakeholders to source, negotiate, and contract with suppliers while ensuring governance and compliance.

The candidate will lead strategic sourcing, manage supplier performance, and coordinate with Legal and Finance on contract terms, renewals, and close-outs. A minimum of 8 years in procurement is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• Professional procurement certification (CIPS, CPSM, or equivalent) is desirable.
• Minimum 8 years of procurement experience managing end-to-end sourcing and contracting activities.

Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders to identify procurement requirements and support procurement plans.
• Lead end-to-end sourcing activities for assigned categories, services, and requirements.
• Review scopes of work, budgets, and timelines to define sourcing needs.
• Conduct market research, supplier analysis, benchmarking, and market assessments.
• Identify opportunities to consolidate spend and improve procurement efficiency.
• Support contract negotiations and supplier selection processes.
• Coordinate contract reviews with Legal, Finance and stakeholders.
• Manage contract renewals, amendments, expiries and close-out activities.
• Identify, evaluate and select suppliers based on quality, cost, reliability and technical capability.
• Oversee supplier onboarding, due diligence, compliance reviews and approvals.
