Job summary

Aurigga Technology Solutions is seeking a results-driven sales professional in the UAE to acquire new PoS merchants and manage end-to-end onboarding. You will generate leads through field visits, referrals, and outreach, and present tailored payment solutions to address merchant needs and objections.

You will negotiate terms, close deals to hit targets, and maintain strong merchant relationships to ensure retention and growth across the UAE. Fluency in English is required; Hindi/Arabic is a plus.

Qualifications

• Proven sales experience in PoS, B2B banking, merchant acquiring or FinTech is essential.
• Demonstrated track record of achieving sales targets.
• Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
• Fluency in English; Hindi and/or Arabic preferred.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage time across the UAE.
• Good knowledge of the UAE market and merchant landscape is advantageous.
• Valid UAE driving licence is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Identify approach and acquire new merchants for PoS and merchant acquiring solutions
• Generate leads through field visits networking referrals and cold outreach
• Present payment solutions clearly addressing merchant needs and objections
• Negotiate pricing and commercial terms and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets
• Manage the merchant onboarding process coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely activation
• Maintain strong relationships with merchants to support retention and repeat business
• Maintain accurate records of leads pipeline and sales activity
• Report regularly on performance market feedback and competitor activity
