Job summary

Majid Al Futtaim is seeking a Commercial Manager to drive revenue growth through strategic partnerships and customer propositions on the SHARE platform. You will develop business cases, build financial models, and negotiate with partners to maximize value.

You will collaborate with Finance, Legal, Product, Technology, Marketing, Analytics and Operations to scale partnerships and optimize performance against KPIs, delivering measurable business impact and long-term value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 4+ years in Commercial Strategy or related fields.
• Proven ability to build business cases, financial models, ROI analyses.
• Experience managing strategic partnerships and negotiations.
• Strong analytical, forecasting, pricing and performance optimisation skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the financial services and partnerships strategy to drive revenue growth.
• Identify, onboard, and manage strategic partners across credit cards, BNPL, remittances, payments, and other opportunities.
• Build robust business cases, ROI analyses, financial forecasts, KPI targets, and commercial recommendations.
• Create and maintain financial models to assess revenue potential, cost drivers, and partnership performance.
• Lead negotiations on commercials, scope, deliverables, and contracts affecting performance.
• Collaborate with Finance, Legal, Product, Technology, Marketing, Analytics, Operations and Customer Experience to launch and scale partnerships.
• Monitor performance against KPIs and drive continuous improvement toward targets.
• Build partner relationships, deliver performance reviews, and leverage insights to enhance engagement.
