Job summary

Majid Al Futtaim is seeking a Manager, Commercial | Emirati Talent to drive revenue growth via strategic partnerships and commercial initiatives. You will focus on business case development, financial modelling, partnership management, and monetization opportunities.

You will work cross-functionally with Finance, Legal, Product, Technology, Marketing, Analytics, Operations, and CX to execute strategies, manage partnerships, and optimize performance for long-term business value.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
4+ years in Commercial Strategy, Partnerships, or related roles.
Experience building business cases, financial models, ROI analysis.
Proven track record driving revenue growth and monetization.
Experience managing strategic partnerships and cross-functional initiatives.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills in commercial analytics.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute the financial services and partnerships strategy for SHARE to drive revenue growth.
Identify, evaluate, onboard, and manage strategic partners across cards, BNPL, remittances, and payments.
Build robust business cases with ROI analysis, forecasts, KPIs, and recommendations.
Create and maintain financial models to assess revenue, costs, sensitivities, and performance.
Lead commercial negotiations including commercials, scope, deliverables, and terms.
Collaborate with Finance, Legal, Product, Technology, Marketing, Analytics, Operations, and CX.
Monitor partnership performance against KPIs and drive continuous improvement.
Build partner relationships and leverage analytics to enhance outcomes and engagement.
