• Experience managing strategic partnerships and cross‑functional initiatives with measurable impact.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the financial services and partnerships strategy to drive revenue growth.
• Identify, evaluate, onboard, and manage strategic partners across cards, BNPL, remittances, payments and other opportunities.
• Build robust business cases with ROI analysis, forecasts, KPI targets and recommendations.
• Create and maintain financial models to assess revenue potential and partner performance.
• Lead negotiations with partners including commercials, scope, deliverables and contracts.
• Collaborate with Finance, Legal, Product, Technology, Marketing, Analytics, Operations and Customer Experience to launch and scale partnerships.

ROLE SUMMARY

Commercial Manager responsible for driving revenue growth through strategic partnerships, customer propositions, and commercial initiatives. The role focuses on business case development, financial modelling, partnership management, monetization opportunities, and performance optimization. Working cross-functionally with stakeholders, the role identifies growth opportunities, evaluates investments, negotiates commercial agreements, and delivers customer-centric solutions that enhance commercial performance and long-term business value.

ROLE PROFILE

• Develop and execute the financial services and partnerships strategy for the SHARE platform to drive revenue growth and customer value.
• Identify, evaluate, onboard, and manage strategic partners across credit cards, BNPL, remittances, payments, and other commercial opportunities.
• Build robust business cases, including ROI analysis, financial forecasts, KPI targets, and commercial recommendations.
• Create and maintain financial models to assess revenue potential, cost drivers, sensitivities, and partnership performance.
• Lead commercial negotiations with partners, including commercials, scope, deliverables, and contract terms that impact business performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders including Finance, Legal, Product, Technology, Marketing, Analytics, Operations, and Customer Experience to launch and scale partnerships.
• Monitor partnership performance against financial and operational KPIs, driving continuous improvement and achieving budgeted targets.
• Build strong partner relationships, deliver performance reviews, and leverage customer insights and analytics to enhance commercial outcomes and member engagement.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• 4+ years of experience in Commercial Strategy, Partnerships, Business Development, Revenue Growth, Customer Solutions, or related commercial functions.
• Proven experience in developing business cases, financial models, investment appraisals, ROI analysis, and commercial recommendations to support strategic decision‑making.
• Strong track record in driving revenue growth, monetization initiatives, customer proposition development, and commercial performance improvement.
• Experience managing strategic partnerships, commercial negotiations, stakeholder relationships, and cross‑functional initiatives with measurable business impact.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with expertise in commercial analytics, market assessments, pricing, forecasting, and performance optimization, preferably within FinTech, Digital Commerce, Loyalty, Payments, Telecommunications, Consulting, or
