Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in a related field.
• 4 years of experience in Commercial Strategy, Partnerships, Business Development, Revenue Growth, Customer Solutions or related commercial functions.
• Demonstrated ability to build business cases, financial models, ROI analyses and commercial recommendations.
• Proven track record in revenue growth, monetization initiatives and improving commercial performance.
• Experience managing strategic partnerships, negotiations, stakeholder relationships, and cross-functional initiatives with measurable impact.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and data-driven decision-making capabilities.
• Experience in FinTech, Digital Commerce, Loyalty, Payments, Telecommunications, Consulting or related sectors is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the partnerships and revenue growth strategy for the SHARE platform.
• Identify revenue opportunities and enhance customer value through partnerships and propositions.
• Evaluate monetization initiatives with clear commercial objectives and ROI.
• Build robust business cases, financial forecasts and investment appraisals.
• Collaborate with Finance, Legal, Product, Technology, Marketing, Analytics and Operations to launch and scale partnerships.
• Monitor and optimize partnership performance against KPIs and budget targets.
