Job summary

Halian is seeking a Partnership Manager to join our Contract Solutions team in Dubai. This is a strategic, relationship‑focused role aimed at growing existing client partnerships rather than pursuing new business.

You’ll work with key stakeholders to understand workforce needs, identify opportunities within accounts, and partner with delivery teams to provide tailored workforce solutions, building long‑term partnerships.

Qualifications

• Experience in account management, recruitment, staffing, outsourcing, or workforce solutions.
• Proven track record of growing and developing client relationships.
• Strong commercial awareness and a consultative approach.
• Experience working with technology-focused clients is an advantage.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a portfolio of strategic client accounts.
• Build trusted relationships with key stakeholders and hiring managers.
• Identify opportunities to expand Halian’s services within existing clients.
