You will lead full-cycle sales, develop proposals, manage CRM data, and collaborate with recruitment, operations, and compliance teams to ensure compliant, scalable workforce services.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in manpower/recruitment/outsourcing sales.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
• Knowledge of outsourcing models and employment laws.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research and outreach.
• Create tailored outsourcing proposals aligned with client goals.
• Build relationships with HR directors, operations managers, and procurement leaders.
• Lead end-to-end sales processes from contact to contract and onboarding.
• Collaborate with recruitment, operations, and compliance teams to deliver outsourced workforce solutions.
• Analyze market trends and client feedback to improve sales approaches.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and forecast updates.
