Job summary

Chalhoub Group is seeking a Partnerships Manager in Dubai to oversee a portfolio of strategic partnerships, drive campaigns with key partners, and optimize performance across channels. You will work with internal teams and external partners to deliver measurable results and incremental revenue.

You will manage onboarding, contracts, financial setups, and reconcile payments while tracking KPIs and reporting to leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
• 5–7 years of experience in partnerships, business development, account management, or a related commercial role.
• Proven experience managing partnerships, campaigns, negotiations, and partner performance.
• Strong commercial, analytical, communication, and relationship management skills.
• Experience working cross-functionally with internal teams and external partners.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience in retail, loyalty, payments, travel, or related industries is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Manage portfolio of partnerships from onboarding to performance management, renewal, and optimization.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to deliver measurable results.
• Develop and execute campaigns with strategic partners aligned with brand priorities.
• Activate partnerships through new activations, exclusive offers, and joint marketing initiatives.
• Monitor and improve KPI performance and identify underperforming programs.
• Identify opportunities to increase transactions, engagement, conversion, and revenue.
• Coordinate with partners to ensure communications via CRM, email, digital, social channels.
• Maintain dashboards to track progress against commercial and financial objectives.
• Coordinate onboarding, contracting, technical integration, financial setup, reconciliation, compliance, and operations with cross-functional teams.
• Coordinate with Accounting/Finance for payment follow-ups and resolutions.
• Serve as main point of contact between partners and internal stakeholders to resolve issues.
• Prepare updates for management on performance, pipeline, risks, and growth opportunities.
