Job summary

VerityX Talent is seeking a Strategic Partnerships Executive to expand our partner network across the UAE and international markets. You will identify new business opportunities, manage relationships, and turn conversations into qualified opportunities with measurable results.

Leverage LinkedIn, events, referrals, and Zoho CRM to drive lead generation and collaborate with the Sales team to convert partnerships into revenue.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in strategic partnerships, business development, sales, relationship management, or a similar commercial role.

Responsibilities

• Build, develop, and manage a strong network of strategic partners across the UAE and international markets.
• Identify and establish relationships with potential partners, collaborators, referral networks, and business communities.
• Develop and maintain long-term, mutually beneficial partnerships that generate new business opportunities.
• Drive lead generation through strategic outreach, networking, LinkedIn prospecting, events, referrals, and partnership initiatives.
• Identify new markets, sectors, and channels where strategic partnerships can support business growth.
• Engage with prospective partners to understand their business needs and identify opportunities for collaboration.
• Work closely with the Sales team to ensure qualified leads are effectively handed over and progressed through the sales pipeline.
• Maintain visibility and accountability for opportunities generated through partnerships, including follow-ups, conversions, and closures.
• Track partnership activity, leads, and opportunities accurately within Zoho CRM.
• Regularly evaluate partnership performance and identify opportunities to strengthen and expand successful relationships.
