Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy for external technology partnerships aligned with enterprise priorities.
• Serve as the executive relationship lead for key technology partners, establishing governance and success metrics.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance member engagement through technology.
• Present strategic recommendations and partnership opportunities to senior leaders and executive stakeholders.
• Build business cases supporting partnership investments and growth initiatives.
