Job summary

Unified Microsystems in the UAE is seeking a Business Development Manager to expand our market presence by building relationships, identifying opportunities early, and developing strategic partnerships in commercial real estate, workplace, office fit-out and construction sectors.

You will generate and qualify opportunities for IT infrastructure, security, audio-visual and workplace solutions, then hand them over to the Projects Account Manager for proposal and closure, staying involved to

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, Communications, Engineering, IT or related field preferred.
• Relevant experience in business development or client-facing roles in UAE is advantageous.
• Technical fluency in IT infrastructure, AV, ELV and security systems is valued.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships across the UAE commercial property and fit-out community.
• Identify upcoming office relocations, refurbishments, fit-out and construction projects.
• Generate qualified leads and opportunities for IT infrastructure, security, AV, managed services and workplace solutions.
• Coordinate with technical and design teams to propose the right solution.
• Hand over qualified opportunities to Projects Account Manager and support to closure.
• Develop strategic partnerships that generate referrals and repeat business.
• Represent the company at networking events, exhibitions and conferences.
