Job summary

Ideal candidates have 7+ years in program management, strong data visualization skills with Tableau, Data Studio and Looker, and experience with Salesforce CRM data.

Qualifications

• Seven or more years in program or project-management roles.
• Experience in e-commerce, food tech or consulting is preferred.
• Ownership of program strategy, end-to-end delivery and leadership reporting.
• Strong documentation discipline and on-time delivery.

Responsibilities

• Own development, enhancement and review of partner-facing products.
• Set the digital automation roadmap for Food and Local Shop partners.
• Increase self-service completion of partner needs.
• Collaborate with the central Product team to improve capabilities.
• Identify and automate manual processes impacting Account Manager time.
• Improve refunds, claims and partner disputes handling digitally.
• Reduce one-to-one support via scalable product solutions.
• Lead optimization of the Partner Portal experience.
• Coordinate regional rollout of new products and portal features.
• Promote adoption across Middle East and North Africa markets.
• Build regular reports with actionable product insights.
