Job summary

Talabat Holding, part of Delivery Hero, is seeking a Product Manager in Dubai to design authentic people experiences across the employee journey. You will lead discovery, partner with People Partners, and translate research into scalable solutions for diverse roles and country contexts.

You will excel in cross-functional collaboration, stakeholder communication, and driving data-informed decisions to improve employee experiences across the organization.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Product Management
• Launched products to market or to a large internal user base
• Strong understanding of Agile product management
• Excellent verbal and written communication with stakeholders, including senior leadership
• Thrive in cross-functional teams and collaboration
• Experience in finding and defining solutions based on research, data, and insights
• Genuine interest in building world-class employee experiences
• Ability to break down complex problems into manageable iterations
• Experience in innovation and launching new products/business models is a strong plus

Responsibilities

• Design authentic people experiences and products across a diverse portfolio of touchpoints
• Build strong, trust-based relationships across your squad to accelerate execution
• Collaborate with business leaders and People Partners to uncover unmet employee needs and identify opportunities
• Lead the discovery process for your squad; owning it end-to-end from problem framing to solution validation
• Immerse yourself in understanding our employees; who they are, what they value, how they thrive
• Combine employee interviews, data analysis, and market insights to prioritize needs and solutions
• Build for Scale: rapidly ideate, prototype, and test solutions across diverse roles and country contexts
• Drive Cross-Functional Execution: collaborate and own the dependency map
• Define Success & Own the Metrics: define what 'working' means before products are launched
• Influence & Enable Change: drive adoption plans, comms, and manager enablement
