Job summary

Cisco Systems in the UAE seeks a Partner Account Executive - Collaboration Architecture to accelerate growth and drive partner engagement across Cisco’s Collaboration portfolio in the Gulf region, working with Focus Partners to build dedicated Collaboration practices and expand the partner-led pipeline.

You will develop deep domain expertise across the Cisco Collaboration stack including Webex Suite, Webex Calling, CCaaS, devices and Webex AI capabilities, while orchestrating joint go-to-market

Qualifications

• 3+ years in partner sales or channel management within Collaboration technologies (UCaaS/CCaaS) or related areas
• Strong understanding of channel sales dynamics and joint GTM programs with SI/service providers in the Gulf region
• Experience selling software subscriptions and cloud-first collaboration architectures
• Proven track record of quota attainment, pipeline management and closing complex multi-architecture deals
• Clear, influential communication with partner executives, sales teams and technical practice leaders
• Based in UAE with fluency in English and Arabic preferred

Responsibilities

• Drive Partner Collaboration Strategy and governance across Gulf partners
• Own the Collaboration business plan with Focus Partners, setting targets and building pipelines
• Coach partners to scale Cisco Collaboration practices in cloud, calling, meetings, and contact centre
• Accelerate pipelines and deals with partner sales teams, managing TCV/ACV
• Coordinate cross-functionally with Cisco specialists, PAEs and regional managers for unified execution
• Lead lifecycle and SaaS adoption motions with partners to ensure renewals and expansions
• Deliver market intelligence and competitive differentiation for Cisco Collaboration
