Job summary

We are seeking a Business Development Manager in Dubai for a large group providing manpower services and workforce solutions across the UAE/GCC. The role focuses on identifying opportunities, developing a strong pipeline and securing large-scale manpower contracts, while building lasting client relationships.

You will collaborate with Operations and Recruitment to ensure seamless transition from sales to service delivery and drive revenue growth in the region.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in business development, ideally in manpower outsourcing or staffing.
• Proven track record of winning large-scale manpower contracts.
• Strong knowledge of the UAE/GCC market and an established commercial network.

Responsibilities

• Identify and secure new business opportunities for manpower outsourcing and workforce solutions.
• Build and manage a strong sales pipeline delivering against revenue and headcount targets.
• Lead commercial negotiations, pricing proposals and tender submissions for new contracts.
• Develop relationships with clients and tailor manpower solutions to workforce requirements.
• Collaborate with Operations, Recruitment and HR to ensure onboarding and delivery.
