• Recruitment Agency & Partner Management: manage network of agencies and sourcing partners.
• Market research: track outsourcing trends and workforce demand; provide insights to leadership.
• Develop proposals, presentations, and customized solutions for client needs.
• Drive revenue growth through new client acquisitions and account expansions.
