Job summary

Confidential Careers is seeking an experienced Organizational Design & Strategy Planning Manager (UAENational) to lead enterprise-wide organizational development initiatives, ensuring the organization is structured effectively to support growth and strategic priorities.

The role requires designing structures across functions, optimizing governance and reporting lines, and partnering with leaders to align capabilities with strategic objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, Industrial Engineering, or related discipline.
• 8+ years of experience in Organizational Design, Workforce Planning, Organization Development, or HR Strategy within large corporate organizations.
• Proven experience leading organizational restructuring and operating model design projects.
• Strong background in workforce planning, organization effectiveness, and governance frameworks.
• Experience developing organization structures for corporate functions and business units.
• Expertise in job evaluation, role design, competency frameworks, and organization development methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Design, review, and implement organizational structures across corporate functions and business units.
• Develop and optimize organization design frameworks, governance models, reporting lines, and spans of control.
• Conduct organization assessments, workforce analyses, and operating model reviews to identify improvement opportunities.
• Lead organization restructuring, transformation, and change management initiatives.
• Partner with business leaders and HR stakeholders to align organizational capabilities with strategic objectives.
• Develop workforce planning strategies, manpower models, and organizational effectiveness metrics.
• Create and maintain organization charts, job architecture frameworks, and role classification structures.
• Conduct benchmarking studies and recommend best-practice organization design solutions.
• Ensure governance standards, HR policies, and approved organization structures.
