Job summary

Confidential is seeking a senior HR leader to drive Talent Management and Organisation Development across the organisation. You will shape job evaluation and grading, organisation design, performance management, succession planning and competency development to build organisational capability.

You will partner with business leaders to design career pathways, lead L&D initiatives and implement robust reporting and dashboards to inform management decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration or related field.
• 8+ years of HR experience, with strong exposure to Talent Management and Organisation Development.
• Hands-on experience in job evaluation/grading, JDs and organisation design is essential.
• Experience in performance management, succession planning, competency frameworks and L&D.
• CIPD, SHRM or equivalent professional qualification is preferred.
• Strong stakeholder management, analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage job evaluation, grading and job architecture, ensuring consistency and internal alignment across roles.
• Develop, review and maintain job descriptions and ensure alignment with approved organisation structures.
• Support organisation design and restructuring, including reporting lines, spans of control and role alignment.
• Manage the performance management cycle, talent reviews and calibration exercises.
• Develop and maintain succession plans, career pathways and development plans for critical and high-potential talent.
• Develop and maintain competency frameworks across functions and job levels.
• Lead training needs analysis and L&D initiatives based on organisational and employee capability requirements.
• Support employee development, leadership development and internal mobility initiatives.
• Prepare Talent Management and OD reports, dashboards and recommendations for management.
• Partner with business leaders and HR teams on organisational capability and talent requirements.
