Job summary

Aldar is seeking a senior Organization Development leader to drive design and AI-enabled transformation across the group. You will partner with top executives to align structure with strategic objectives and lead workforce planning and position management using advanced analytics.

Responsibilities include designing organization-wide development programs, embedding AI and automation in OD processes, and guiding change management initiatives across complex projects in the GCC real estate ecosystem.

Qualifications

10+ years of experience in Organization Development/Design, HR business partnering or HR Consulting.
Experience in workforce planning, position management, and organizational structuring within large organizations.

Responsibilities

Identify OD priorities with senior leaders and design effective organizational solutions.
Lead the design, delivery, and evaluation of organization-wide development programs and initiatives, including M&A, JVs and spin-offs.
Develop and execute the Organization Development AI roadmap, leveraging LLMs, AI agents and workflow automation across OD processes.
Build, pilot and scale AI agents, digital platforms and automation capabilities for design, planning and position management.
Conduct organizational assessments using advanced analytics, Orgvue and AI-enabled insights to identify opportunities and support decision making.
Facilitate strategic discussions with senior leadership to enhance change management and alignment.
Stay abreast of emerging OD, analytics and AI technologies, translating them into practical business solutions.
