Job summary

INDEX Media UAE is seeking a Business Development Executive to grow its client base and revenue across media products and services. You will find and win new business through leads, cold calls, events and existing relationships, while building long-term partnerships with new and current clients.

You will shape tailored proposals, negotiate pricing, close sales and support clients after the sale, coordinating with sales and leadership teams to secure and grow accounts.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of relevant experience in business development or sales.
• Fluency in Arabic and English is required.
• Valid UAE driving licence.
• Knowledge of the media, branding, or advertising industry is a plus.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business by approaching potential clients through leads, cold calls, existing relationships and promotional events.
• Research new markets and customer needs, and develop a growth strategy focused on revenue and customer satisfaction.
• Build a strong understanding of INDEX Media’s products and services, and explain their benefits and audience reach to clients.
• Arrange and lead client meetings; create and deliver presentations and sales pitches, by phone or in person.
• Understand client needs, propose suitable solutions, and respond to queries and requests for proposals (RFPs).
• Present pricing, negotiate costs and prepare sales contracts in line with applicable laws and guidelines.
• Meet short- and long-term sales targets and quotas.
• Collaborate with sales and leadership to secure, retain and grow accounts, building long-term client relationships.
• Provide after-sales support and track every media purchase to ensure accurate, on-time delivery.
• Keep records of sales, revenue and invoices, and enter all leads into the company CRM (such as Maestro) regularly.
• Travel to meet clients and attend trade shows, industry events and trainings, and perform other duties as assigned by the Manager, in line with INDEX policies.
