Job summary

Digicult Global Media Agency in Dubai is seeking a results-driven Business Sales Executive to identify new opportunities, build client relationships, and promote the agency's marketing and communications services to prospective and existing clients.

You will conduct sales meetings, prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, coordinate with internal teams, and track performance in CRM to help achieve UAE revenue targets and market expansion.

Qualifications

• Strong Sales and Business Development skills including lead generation, pipeline management, and closing deals.
• Account Management and Customer Service to manage ongoing relationships and ensure satisfaction.
• Excellent communication skills for client presentations, negotiations, and collaboration.
• Experience in marketing, advertising, or media agencies is beneficial.
• Ability to work with performance-driven targets and KPIs.
• Proficiency with CRM software and basic sales reporting tools.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or related field preferred.
• Strong understanding of UAE market and on-site in Dubai; licence is mandatory.
