Job summary

Novargi is seeking a Business Development Manager in Dubai to lead the Middle East strategy for its engineering services in Oil & Gas and energy sectors. You will identify opportunities, build strategic relationships, and drive growth across the region.

You will coordinate with engineering and commercial teams to align proposals with technical capabilities, negotiate contracts, and report on pipeline and market trends to senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering required; Master’s or MBA is a strong plus.
• 12–15 years of experience in business development, sales, or commercial roles within Oil & Gas or energy engineering.
• Proven EPF/EPC project development and engineering services sales experience.
• Strong network within Oil & Gas, energy, and industrial sectors.
• Arabic language skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the business development strategy for the Middle East region.
• Identify, qualify, and develop new business opportunities in Oil & Gas and energy-related process engineering projects.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients, EPC contractors, licensors, technology providers, and strategic partners.
• Lead the preparation and coordination of commercial proposals, pre-qualifications, and bids.
• Coordinate with headquarters to align regional opportunities, forecasts, and priorities.
• Prepare regular reports on pipeline, sales performance, and market outlook for senior management.
