Novargi Industries in Dubai, UAE, is seeking a Senior Procurement Specialist to lead procurement for Oil & Gas projects. The role requires significant experience, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to manage multiple suppliers while ensuring timely availability of resources.

The successful candidate will work closely with engineering, project, and operations teams to secure materials and services that meet project specifications and safety standards.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Logistics or related field.
• 8+ years of procurement experience in Oil & Gas, preferably international projects in Middle East.
• Experience with procurement software and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle).
• Good English; Arabic preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Manage the end-to-end procurement process for projects, from requisition to delivery.
• Negotiate contracts with suppliers and subcontractors for best terms and quality.
• Ensure purchases comply with regulations, HSE policies, and industry standards.
• Control procurement costs and prepare cost reports for senior management.
• Resolve issues related to supply, delays, quality, or logistics.
