Job summary

Grnata Group is seeking a Rental Executive (Leasing Specialist) to drive revenue by maximizing occupancy across residential, commercial and retail properties. You will manage the leasing cycle from marketing and showings to negotiating terms and processing documentation, while ensuring tenant screening and compliant move-ins.

The role requires 5+ years of direct leasing experience, strong market knowledge, and excellent communication and closing skills.

Qualifications

5+ years of proven leasing/rental experience in residential or commercial properties.
Strong track record of meeting occupancy and revenue targets.
Good understanding of local rental laws and market dynamics.
Excellent presentation and closing skills; able to build rapport with diverse clients.
Experience with real estate CRM systems and PMS for leads and leases.
License or certification in Real Estate/Leasing is advantageous.

Responsibilities

Drive end-to-end leasing process from marketing to move-in.
Market vacant units through multiple channels and conduct professional viewings.
Negotiate lease terms and finalize signed agreements.
Process documentation and ensure compliant move‑in procedures.
Screen tenants (credit, background, employment) as per policy.
Prepare and manage lease contracts and renewals; maintain accurate records.
Cultivate relationships with tenants to promote retention and address inquiries.
