Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, L&D, Business Administration or related.
• 4–7 years of L&D experience in medium to large organisations.
• Experience with needs analysis, design, coordination and evaluation.
• Experience working with senior stakeholders and leaders.
• Strong project management and organisational skills.
• Experience with external training providers and consultants.
• Knowledge of talent, competency and career development principles.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement learning and development programmes aligned with objectives.
• Conduct training needs analysis with HR and business leaders.
• Design and coordinate leadership, technical and soft skills training.
• Manage end-to-end delivery of training programmes.
• Source and coordinate learning solutions with internal and external partners.
• Develop and maintain annual learning plans and calendars.
• Support career and talent development initiatives.
• Assist with competency frameworks and succession planning.
• Monitor participation, completion and effectiveness; report insights.
• Evaluate programmes and recommend continuous improvement.
• Manage relationships with training providers and partners.
• Support LMS implementation and use; ensure proper documentation.
• Manage training budgets and ensure cost-effectiveness.
• Stay updated on L&D trends and best practices.
