Job summary

STRATEGA LEX & Compliance is seeking a strategic Learning & Development Manager in Dubai to design and implement initiatives that strengthen employee capabilities, engagement, and organizational performance. You will work with business leaders to align learning strategies with goals and promote a culture of continuous development.

The role requires strong communication, facilitation, and program evaluation skills to translate business needs into impactful learning experiences and measurable

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Human Resources, Business, Education, Psychology, Organizational Development, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of learning and development principles, training design, and talent development.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong project management, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to assess learning needs and translate business requirements into effective development programs.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with Learning Management Systems or digital learning platforms.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to evaluate learning outcomes and program effectiveness.
• Creative, adaptable, collaborative, and passionate about employee growth and continuous improvement.
