Job summary

UAE Space Agency is seeking a Learning & Development Specialist to lead and enhance learning initiatives, including IDPs, coaching, and wellbeing programs. The role spans TNA, mentorship, and cross‑departmental collaboration to align learning with strategic goals.

The ideal candidate holds a HR-focused degree with 5+ years in L&D and may have CIPD/SHRM certification. Expect a blended mix of project work and program ownership in a dynamic government environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Learning & Development or a similar role.
• Ability to work collaboratively across departments and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Professional certification in Human Resources (e.g., CIPD, SHRM) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee succession planning initiatives.
• Manage the internship and volunteering programs.
• Handle all training programs, including development and execution of the annual training plan and TNA.
• Facilitate executive coaching and mentorship programs.
• Support and promote employee wellbeing and engagement initiatives.
• Assist employees with creating and managing their IDPs.
• Perform any other tasks as assigned by the line manager.
