Job summary

Al Masaood in Abu Dhabi is seeking an experienced L&D leader to drive the operational delivery and business partnering of Group Learning & Development. You will ensure effective execution of learning programs, workforce capability initiatives, and L&D processes across Al Masaood Group in alignment with business priorities and Group frameworks.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5+ years of experience in L&D, Talent Management, or related HR function.
• Proven experience in L&D business partnering and needs analysis.
• Strong background in developing and implementing L&D policy frameworks.
• Experience in end-to-end learning operations including LMS administration, reporting and effectiveness.
• Proficiency with HRIS/LMS platforms, preferably SAP SuccessFactors.

Responsibilities

• Partner with HR and stakeholders to identify learning needs and translate priorities into solutions.
• Lead end-to-end delivery of L&D activities: plans, programs, communications, LMS, reporting.
• Use performance management and TNA findings to address capability gaps.
• Drive adoption and implementation of group learning initiatives across the business.
• Support leadership and talent development, including succession planning.
• Implement and monitor L&D frameworks, governance, and data integrity.
• Lead cross-functional L&D projects with timely execution.
• Manage L&D budget: vendor selection, onboarding, spend forecasting.
• Generate regular dashboards on learning activity, participation and outcomes.
