Job summary

First Abu Dhabi Bank (FAB) seeks a senior leader to run the Client Management function for Securities Services across the GCC and Egypt, supporting FAB’s Asia expansion. You will drive strategic account planning, revenue growth, wallet penetration and client retention while leading a high-performing team across Service Directors, RFPs and Transitions.

Qualifications

15+ years’ senior experience in client management, relationship management, commercial leadership or product leadership within financial services.
Deep understanding of Securities Services products and client requirements across custody, fund administration, and related services.
Proven track record of managing senior institutional client relationships and growing revenue.
Ability to translate strategy into disciplined plans and cross-functional execution.

Responsibilities

Lead the Securities Services Client Management function across GCC and Egypt with accountability for revenue growth and client retention.
Own P&L and drive cross-functional delivery with Product, Sales and Operations.
Lead senior relationships with strategic institutional clients and position FAB as a long-term partner.
Coordinate cross-market engagement and ensure alignment with regulatory and market requirements.
