Job summary

First Abu Dhabi Bank is seeking a senior investment solutions leader for Private Banking and Key Clients. You will manage the investment solutions offering, deliver market analysis, research and security selections, and oversee full client portfolio life cycles from construction to monitoring and rebalancing.

The role requires a deep, 15+ year background in investment environments, strong relationship-building skills and the ability to work under tight deadlines while aligning with FAB's

Qualifications

• At least 15 years of experience in a similar environment.
• Strong knowledge of global markets and portfolio management.
• Ability to work independently under tight deadlines with minimal guidance.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills across levels.

Responsibilities

• Promote and grow the investment solutions business in the UAE and international markets.
• Manage advisory client portfolios, including construction, implementation, analysis and rebalancing.
• Provide investment research, security selection and recommendations.
• Collaborate with private bankers and clients to meet targets and deliver services.
• Ensure compliance with FAB policies and regulatory requirements.
• Lead investment advisory training and coordinate with senior leadership.
