Job summary

Worley in Abu Dhabi is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead the delivery of a major onshore gas storage project from concept through EPC support. You will guide multidisciplinary engineering teams, manage client relationships, and ensure performance against scope, budget, schedule, and quality targets.

The role requires strong leadership, extensive O&G project experience, and ability to coordinate with licensors and contractors across the full project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering; Master's Degree is advantageous.
• PMP certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the execution of large-scale onshore gas storage projects.
• Develop and implement Project Execution Plans (PEP).
• Ensure project delivery within scope, budget, schedule, and quality targets.
• Manage multidisciplinary engineering teams across FEED and Detailed Design phases.
• Drive project performance and monitor key project metrics.
• Act as primary client interface and manage stakeholders.
• Coordinate interfaces with licensors, EPC contractors, vendors and consultants.
• Oversee engineering activities covering gas storage facilities, compression, processing, pipelines and utilities.
• Manage project budgets, forecasts and profitability; support contract negotiations and commercial discussions.
• Lead risk identification and mitigation and promote HSE culture.
