Job summary

Worley is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead a major onshore gas storage project from concept through EPC support. You will guide multidisciplinary teams, manage client relationships, and ensure execution within scope, budget, and schedule.

The role requires extensive experience in Oil & Gas project delivery, with ADNOC exposure preferred, and a track record of governance, risk management, and HSE compliance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 20 years of experience in Oil & Gas projects.
• Minimum 10 years in Project Management roles.
• Experience delivering Onshore Gas Processing, Gas Storage, LNG, and related facilities.
• ADNOC project experience with knowledge of ADNOC standards and execution requirements.
• Experience across Concept to EPCM lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Lead the execution of large-scale onshore gas storage projects per contractual requirements.
• Develop and implement Project Execution Plans (PEP).
• Ensure delivery within scope, budget, schedule, and quality targets.
• Manage multidisciplinary teams across FEED and Detailed Design phases.
• Provide client management and executive-level reporting.
